We have had several weeks of out of the normal rebellious behavior and tantrums (mostly from Gabriela) :), but my instincts are telling me it is more due to a lack of sleep than other things. Or a combination. But, though I feel Gabriela is handling our transition rather well, it is amazing at what she has been able to verbalize.
My working of course is a necessity at this point, but the other day I asked her wasn't it cool that our friend had picked her up from pre-school? (whom she gets along with really well and enjoys immensely). But she stated that it was only for her mommy (ie. me) to pick her up from school and to take care of her. Why? Well, because she loves me!
Now doesn't that just cut your heart in half?!?!
