Good News
Gabriela's right leg points out when she walks and runs. It always has, I guess. Her pediatricians have told us that she should outgrow it by the time she is 5 years old. But then it seemed to be more pronounced and another pediatrician thought it should be looked at by a specialist. So we went to one yesterday. A quick examination and an x-ray later and he said not to worry. yes, she has a femural aversion and her tibia tries to compensate for the femur and so that causes her foot to point out. He said that she should outgrow it by age 10. The only treatment available is to break the bone and reset it, which he has only had to do 2-3 times in his career. So, no cause to worry! Yeah!
