My brother took these pictures, so he's not pictured. I like the one below of the table setting. I should try and crop us out so it's just the table.

Gabriela made cookies (a no-bake variety) with her Grandma:
Friday we visited with my Grandma (see post "Two Videos") and after a yummy pizza (pepperoni and green peppers) dinner we headed to downtown Dayton to watch the evening Children's Parade. Grandpa would be in it. We had hoped to see the tree lighting, but we were about a block away and kept our good seats to watch the parade. When we got there, we saw two special guests... Gabriela was so excited she was squealing with joy. It was fun to see her so thrilled and jumping around with anticipation.
The parade was really nice. No colder than it was last year and it was neat to see all the lights lit up at night. Even all the horses and dogs had Christmas lights on! We are still figuring out our camera, so we didn't get any good night pics. The tree was pretty. They also had a couple "store windows" inside a building we checked out before heading home.
Saturday we just hung out at home. Sunday, before heading back we went to a Shrine Christmas Party to see who else?!? Santa! And don't forget Mrs. Claus.
We got home after a stop in Indianapolis to visit a good friend. The past week has been busy with work, last week of classes for Fares and a couple illnesses, never mind the quest to start on Christmas activities. I do have our tree and decorations up and a good start on gifts.

I'm glad you had a good Thanksgiving! We were in Ohio too, though a quick trip this time.
