Wow. My little baby is now in pre-school. And she's been ready for nearly six months. It started in Brasil when the girls that rented from my in-laws would go to school every afternoon (FYI - they do not have all day school... kids either go in the morning, afternoon, or sometimes at night). Gabriela just liked the idea so much that she's been itching to go ever since. So I found what seems to be a good pre-school in town, and affordable, and luckily just a couple blocks from our brasilian friends who may have to babysit on occasion for us... She only missed the first two days being on the wait list, so she went three days this week. The teachers are enjoying her and said she is doing well. She has also learned their song "everybody clean up, clean up..." and on her own translated it to me in portuguese when I asked her to "todo mundo limpa, limpa..." :) Yeah! She really will be bi-lingual.
Oh - and this was the treat of the day today... They are in town for a couple festivals and we caught them making deliveries.
